Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Caddis pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached and items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit to receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all tags are intact and the return form is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
